Once a buyer lands on a product page, they need:

Industrial buyers do not care about brand storytelling on product pages. They care about whether this product will do the job.

Conversion paths for technical buyers

  • Reorder from account history

2. Technical consultation (complex or first-time buyers)

Both paths should be clear on every product page. Do not force a “Contact us” bottleneck when self-service is faster.
