Monthly billing begins 14 days after signup. Plans have a 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. Nexrena retains codebase ownership; after the minimum you may cancel (site goes offline) or buy out the codebase for $1,500. Additional pages, copywriting, SEO content, booking tools, automations, and custom features are available as add-ons or scoped projects. Each service includes only what is listed — work outside scope requires a separate order or written quote.

Is there a setup fee? +
Yes. A one-time $599 setup fee is required for all new Website-as-a-Service packages. It covers initial planning, architecture, design configuration, and deployment of your website on our infrastructure.
When does monthly billing start? +
Your regular monthly subscription billing begins automatically 14 days after signup — whether or not you have provided all final text, images, or assets. This keeps projects moving and protects the development schedule.
Why a 12-month minimum? +
A great website is built and improved over time — not abandoned after launch. The minimum lets us invest properly in your design, setup, and first months of care. After 12 months, your agreement continues month-to-month.
What counts as a monthly edit? +
Copy changes, photo swaps, hours updates, new team members, minor layout tweaks, and small section adjustments. Larger new pages or features may be scoped separately or covered under Lead Engine.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace? +
DIY builders are cheap but you do the work — design, setup, updates, and fixes. Nexrena is a managed service: we design, build, host, maintain, and support your site so it stays fast, secure, and effective.
What if I need to cancel? +
After your 12-month minimum, you may cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, services cease and your website is taken offline. If you want to keep the site, Nexrena offers a one-time $1,500 codebase buyout — we package and transfer the repository and assets so you can host and manage it independently.
Who owns the website? +
Nexrena operates on a Website-as-a-Service model. Your subscription covers design, development, hosting, security, and maintenance. Nexrena retains ownership of the underlying codebase and architecture unless you purchase the $1,500 codebase buyout after the minimum term.
