- Map — Cluster → pillar → commercial. Every piece links to the next.
Priority
- Commercial intent — “SEO for manufacturers” before “what is SEO.” Commercial first.
- Gap — What competitors rank for that you don’t? Fill gaps.
- Quick wins — Low competition, high intent. Target those first.
Cadence
- Weekly or bi-weekly — Consistency compounds. Don’t burn out with daily.
- Quality over quantity — One strong piece beats three weak ones.
- Update — Refresh old content. Add sections. Update stats. “Last updated” helps.
Calendar
- Topic — What we’re writing.
- Keyword — Primary target.
- Due date — When it publishes.
- Links — Internal links to add. From and to.
